Colorado’s Luxe magazine is featuring the Johnson residence in the Spring 2007 issue. Pages 188 to 197 showcase the Johnson’s 13,000 square foot home, which many students of the School of Applied Arts worked on during 2005 and 2006. As part of the apprentice program at the School of Applied Arts, students of the school were invited onto the jobsite to help with the many thousands of square feet of work. The job lasted 14 months and included woodgraining, Venetian plastering, gilding, glazing, and a custom French style mural.
